Generally, a condo owners policy will cover all furnishings in the unit, drywall, kitchen cabinets and floor coverings. A.C. Insurance Services offers condo owners policies to cover your condo unit’s interior, not to be confused with the master condo policy (which does not include condo owners’ interior and contents).
Condo units constructed prior to 2002 will benefit from completing a Uniform Mitigation Form, which can provide substantial savings on your new policy!
